I am a mom of 2 children, a wife, a professional, a daughter, friend, sister, the list of the roles I play is long, and for that, I am so grateful. It can also be super overwhelming at times, knowing I want to be the best at all of them, all of the time.

Will my child and I be participating in this course during live scheduled times with the course instructors?

No. This is a self-paced digital course so you can easily build it into your family and work schedule. All of the lessons are pre-recorded, so you can participate at times that work best for you.

How long will this course take?

The beauty of this course is that it's self-paced. If you want to complete one lesson per day, you only need to set aside 30 minutes or less to complete your meditation, bite-sized lesson, and interactive mindfulness activity. We suggest you complete one lesson per day so you and your little one can gain the emotional, mental, and social benefits of this course in four weeks. 

How long is each lesson?

The video lessons for children vary in length from 4-15 minutes.  Most of the audio meditations for mom vary between 4-15 minutes as well.  

Will we have access to the entire course once it's purchased?

Yes, but we suggest completing one lesson daily in the module sequences.

How long will I have access to the course?

You will have access to the course for 1 year after purchase date.

What if me and my little one want personalized guidance in implementing these practices?

Meet Your Instructors

Erin spent over 20 years teaching kindergarten and first grade. She is a Mindful Schools Certified Mindfulness Instructor and has taught mindfulness to students, parents, teachers, and school administrators. She loves to help kids and adults become Happy Humans through experiencing the power of presence, self-compassion, and gratitude. 

Sarah has taught mindfulness and yoga to people ranging from 2 to 102. She has led health and wellness programs all over the world. With her Masters in the Art of Teaching and a background in adventure education, she loves creating fun and engaging teaching environments where children can learn, laugh, and be themselves.
